A background in the British Armed Forces or direct MOD/Government programme delivery, with demonstrable understanding of operational requirements and defence procurement.
Technical competence in software engineering, systems integration, modelling and simulation, or hardware design, with a track record of delivering against real programme requirements.
The professionalism, judgement and discretion required to work on government and defence contracts. Where vetting is required, it must be sponsored by the relevant contracting authority or authorised organisation.
A collaborative mindset. We are a small team and the ability to operate at pace, communicate clearly, and support colleagues across disciplines is essential.
