A background in the British Armed Forces or direct MOD/Government programme delivery, with demonstrable understanding of operational requirements and defence procurement.
Technical competence in software engineering, systems integration, modelling and simulation, or hardware design, with a track record of delivering against real programme requirements.
The professionalism, judgement, and discretion required to work on sensitive Government and MOD contracts. SC clearance, or the ability to obtain it, is typically required.
A collaborative mindset. We are a small team and the ability to operate at pace, communicate clearly, and support colleagues across disciplines is essential.
